9/3/2025 — Sphynx Cat Deep Dive
Vibe: chaotic curiosity + 72 open tabs.
Today I learned that Sphynx cats are basically warm peaches with legs. They’re super social, want to help with literally everything, and will perch on your shoulder like a parrot if you let them. They aren’t truly hypoallergenic (sad sneeze), but because they’re mostly hairless you dodge the tumbleweeds of fur. Trade-off: their skin needs gentle baths to manage oils and they’re heat seekers, so little sweaters are a real thing.
- Care to remember: wipe folds & ears, trim nails, keep cozy sleeping spots.
- Sun/skin: watch for sunburn; use shade and common sense.
- Why I’m tempted: cuddle-gremlin energy with apartment-friendly vibes.
Possible names: Dobby (front-runner), Baldric, Jerry.
